Snug Cottage Policies
Minimum stays are:
3 nights: Memorial Day Weekend
7 nights: Carnival Week
4 nights: Labor Day Weekend
3 nights: Columbus Day Weekend
3 nights: Women’s Week
In-Season: 3 nights
In-Season rates and/or minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays and special events. All rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable room taxes.
50% deposit required for stays of three nights or more. 100% deposit required for stays of less than three nights.
Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
AMEX, Discover, Visa/MC and cash accepted for balance upon arrival.
Deposit minus 10% (at least $25 per room) refundable up to 21 days prior to reservation; WITHIN 21 DAYS of the scheduled arrival date, regardless of the reason for cancellation, THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. No refunds are given due to medical or family emergencies; bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry, change of plans, etc.
Similarly, there are no refunds for days missed due to late arrival or early departure or for room-nights we are able to resell.
We recommend purchasing TRIP CANCEL INSURANCE from a travel agency or insuremytrip.com or other source.
Check-In time: 3PM – 8PM (call or email for late Check-In)
Check-Out time: 11 AM
Children seven years and over are welcome. While we do not have cots or rollaway beds, we are able to provide linens, towels and pillow for using on the sofa or love seat in three of our suites. There is an additional person charge of $15.00/night.
We are a smoke-free establishment. Guests violating the non-smoking policy will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses.
Parking onsite – One car per room in our private parking lot.
Although we love pets, we are not always able to accommodate them. We have 3 dog friendly rooms. The Churchill and The Rutland with their own outside doors and the Windsor just inside the front door. Dogs should not be left alone in their rooms as this may disturb our other guests.
A reminder to please pick up after your dog and that dogs are only allowed in the Windsor, Churchill and Rutland rooms. They should not be left alone as this may disturb fellow guests. Also remember that dogs are not allowed in the living room or other common areas. There is a cleaning fee of $35 per stay.
